Short version: I only collect what you send me, I use it to help with your website, and I never sell it. Here are the details.

Who I am

UnclunkMySite.com is run by me, Craig Desorcy, a sole operator based in Japan. When this policy says "I" or "me," that's who it means. Questions about your information go straight to me at [email protected].

What I collect

What you type into the questionnaire. Your name, email address, your website address (if you have one), what it's built with, whether you own a domain, and anything you tell me about your business, goals, frustrations, and the tools you use.

Emails you send me. Anything you write to me directly.

Basic technical data. Like almost every website, the servers that run this site see things like your IP address, browser type, and the pages you visit. This is used to keep the site running and secure.

I don't run advertising trackers, and I don't use analytics tools that follow you around the web.

How I use it

• To read your answers and reply to you.
• To prepare your free website assessment or a proposal for a new site.
• To do the work, if we end up working together.
• To keep the site and the form safe from spam and abuse.

I won't add you to a mailing list or send you marketing emails unless you ask me to.

Who else touches your information

I don't sell or rent your information. A few services help run this site, and they only handle your data to do their job:

• Cloudflare hosts the website and runs the form. Its Turnstile check helps stop spam bots and may look at basic technical data from your browser.
• Resend delivers your questionnaire answers to my inbox by email.
• My email provider stores the messages we send each other.

These companies may process data in the United States or other countries. I may also share information if the law requires it.

Cookies

This site doesn't use cookies for tracking or ads. Cloudflare may use small technical cookies or similar tools to keep the site secure and spot bots.

How long I keep it

I keep your messages and answers for as long as I need them to help you, and for normal business records after that. If you want something deleted sooner, just ask.

Your choices

You can ask me to show you what I have, fix it, or delete it. Email [email protected] and I'll take care of it. Depending on where you live, you may have extra rights under your local privacy laws, and I'll respect them.

Keeping it safe

Your form answers travel over a secure (HTTPS) connection, and I only use reputable services to store and deliver them. No system is perfect, though, so please don't send passwords or payment details through the form.

Kids

This site is for business owners. It isn't meant for anyone under 16, and I don't knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If I change this policy, I'll update it here and change the date at the top.
